1. Who you are buying from

newasnew.ae is operated by Greenheart International Trading FZE LLC (“we”, “us”), licensed in SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licence number 4427618.01, registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

NewAsNew is our trading brand. Your contract is with Greenheart International Trading FZE LLC.

2. What “Certified Refurbished” mean

We are precise about this because it is the most important thing you need to know before buying.

Certified Refurbished — a genuinely pre-owned device that has been professionally inspected, tested against our 50-point checklist, cleaned, and where necessary repaired or had parts replaced. It is graded for cosmetic condition and that grade is shown on the product page with photographs of the actual unit.

Every listing states which category the device falls into, its cosmetic grade, and its battery health where applicable. The photographs on a product page are of the actual unit you will receive, not stock images, unless the listing clearly says otherwise.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you receive an automatic acknowledgement. This confirms we received it — it is not yet acceptance.

Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order — because an item sold out, was priced in error, or failed a final inspection — we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Because each refurbished unit is individually inspected, stock is genuinely limited and often a single unit. An item in your cart is not reserved until the order is placed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Prices include the cost of the item as described. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown clearly before you confirm payment. There are no charges added after checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless a different arrangement is displayed.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, explain, and offer either the correct price or a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and charges are set out on our Shipping page. Estimated delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, though we take them seriously and will tell you promptly if something slips.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Your rights are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

In summary: 14 days to change your mind on unused items in original condition, and a 12-month warranty against hardware faults. Faulty or misdescribed goods are repaired, replaced or refunded regardless of the 14-day window.

7. Your rights under UAE law

These terms operate alongside Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended) and its implementing regulations.

Nothing in these terms removes, limits or waives any right the law gives you as a consumer. Any provision that attempted to do so would be void and would not be enforced by us. This includes your right to claim compensation where we breach our contract with you.

8. Using this website

You may not use this website to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content, photographs or product data for commercial use without our permission.

Product photographs of our actual units, our condition reports, and our written content belong to us.

9. Accuracy

We take real care to describe every device accurately — it is the basis of our business. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, tell us and we will investigate and correct it.

Specifications are as tested by us at the point of inspection. Manufacturer specifications for older models are sometimes inconsistent across sources; where our testing differs from a published spec, our tested figure is what we state.

10. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, government action, customs delays, or failures by third-party carriers. Where such an event occurs, we will keep you informed and, if the delay becomes unreasonable, offer you a full refund.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Country of domicile

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. This website is owned, maintained and operated by Greenheart International Trading FZE LLC, the company named on trade licence 4427618.01 issued by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority.

14. Who may use this website

You must be 18 or over to register an account or place an order. Persons under 18 years of age may not register as users of this website and may not transact on it.

15. Payment methods and currency

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All prices on this website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and all transactions are processed in AED.

The price and currency displayed at checkout are the same price and currency printed on your transaction receipt. If your card is issued in another currency, the amount charged will be shown in your card currency at the rate applied by your card issuer, and any conversion fee is set by that issuer rather than by us.

16. Countries we do not trade with

We do not sell or provide services to countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States Department of the Treasury.

17. Your account and your records

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to the device you use. Please retain a copy of your order confirmation, invoice and transaction records, and read our policies before you buy: they set out your rights and our obligations.

18. Disputes

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
