We were buyers before we were sellers. What we wanted from a pre-owned laptop was simple: proof of exactly what we were getting, in writing, before paying for it. Nobody was offering that. So we built it.
We opened our own physical stores in India — the first in Prayagraj — and sold certified pre-owned devices face to face, where a buyer could hold the machine, ask anything and get a straight answer on the spot. Selling in person teaches you quickly what people actually want to know, and everything they asked became something we now verify in advance. The standard we set then still runs everything: if it is listed, it has passed all fifty points.
Those stores became newasnew.in, run by NextG Serve Private Limited — the same standard, now serving all of India rather than one city at a time. It still trades today, and it is where the fifty points were proven at scale. What we learned there was simple: people trust sellers who are specific. So we publish the specifics.
newasnew.ae is that store rebuilt for the UAE, operated by Greenheart International Trading FZE LLC, a licensed Sharjah company. The same fifty points, applied to laptops only, plus everything we could not do from India: photographs of the exact unit before you pay, measured battery health printed on the listing, dirham pricing, and delivery to all seven emirates.
And one thing neither store could offer alone — a 12-month warranty honoured in both countries. Buy a laptop in Dubai, spend a month in Delhi, and the claim is still ours to answer, not a service centre that never heard of us. As far as we know, no other refurbished laptop seller covers both.
Not every device is meant to be sold.
The ones that reach this site are the ones that earned it — every point checked, every result recorded, every figure printed on the listing. That selectivity is why the range stays focused, and why what you receive matches what you read.
