What Is Not Covered
- ✗ Physical damage after delivery (drops, cracks, bends)
- ✗ The battery and the charger — both are checked before dispatch, and if either is faulty when it arrives, we replace it under our 14-day return
- ✗ Liquid or water damage after delivery
- ✗ Damage from unauthorised repair or modification
- ✗ Cosmetic damage occurring after purchase
- ✗ Loss or theft
