The condition percentage (e.g. 97%) is our objective score from the 50-point inspection — cosmetics, battery, display, keyboard, ports, thermals and more. It is measured, not estimated, and shown on every listing.
Yes. Every product page has a "See this exact unit" button. Ask on WhatsApp, or type your WhatsApp number (any country) and we send photos or a short video of that exact laptop, serial number visible.
Every laptop goes through 50 specific checkpoints before it is listed — physical, display, keyboard and trackpad, ports, battery health under load, thermals, storage health, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, camera and audio, and a full factory reset. The complete list is published on our QC page.
Our own technicians in the UAE. We do not outsource inspection or grading, and the person who signs the checklist is accountable for that unit.
Battery health is the current full-charge capacity compared with the battery when new. We measure it on every laptop and print the figure on the listing. Grade A units are listed only when the battery is healthy enough for a real working day.
Only 2–3 in 10 laptops we inspect earns a place in the store — they fail on battery, hinges, keyboards or hidden board faults. If you see a unit listed, it passed all 50 checks.
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: usually the next working day. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 1–2 working days. You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link the moment it ships.

Yes — you can pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) is also available at checkout through a licensed UAE payment gateway.

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, as required by UAE consumer protection law. The product must be in the condition you received it, with all accessories. WhatsApp us your order number and we arrange the collection.
