Report it inside the 12-month warranty and NewAsNew arranges free collection anywhere in the UAE, repairs or replaces the unit and returns it. There is also a 14-day return window.
Every laptop has its battery health measured and printed on its own product page, at 80% or better, and that measured figure is exactly what you are buying — a number you can hold us to, rather than a word like "good". Batteries are consumables that wear with every charge cycle, so the 12-month warranty covers the laptop itself. If a unit ever arrives below the health stated on its listing, it does not match its description, and that is covered.
Every laptop ships with a charger that has been tested and confirmed working as one of the 50 points. Chargers and cables are consumables, so the 12-month warranty covers the laptop itself — and if one ever arrives faulty, we replace it.
The laptop itself for 12 months — motherboard, screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports, speakers, webcam, fans, hinges, storage and memory — against hardware faults in normal use, with free collection anywhere in the UAE and a claim you can make in the UAE or in India. So that you know exactly where you stand, the warranty does not extend to physical or liquid damage, the battery, the charger and other accessories, software, or repairs carried out by someone else.
